I found a new forum for students who like rock music. The website is called www.studentz.fm

It’s a great sophisticated designed forum. It’s very different from most student related websites. It focuses on rock music, most of the forums and categories are named by a famous rock song. They even implemented a sound function that let’s you listen to these songs by browsing the forum. It’s very much fun to browse this forum because you can always listen to these songs if you want.

Besides the normal forum functions they have a nice Videogallery where users can add their favorite videos. They also have Blogs for members, Groups and more than 100 TV and Radio stations you can watch or listen. But by far the best on this forum is that they have a great web 2.0 musicplayer. This player lets members upload their music collection so that they can listen to it anywhere on the planet, but that’s not enough, you can also browse and listen to the music collection of all of your friends in the community.
